1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and monkey88 ("monkey88", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the monkey88 website located at monkey88.one and all related services, games, and features offered therein.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the monkey88 platform. The creation of duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balance held therein.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. Providing false or misleading information at the time of registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must notify monkey88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. monkey88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

Account sharing or transferring access to your monkey88 account to any third party is strictly prohibited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the monkey88 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved Malaysian payment channels including, but not limited to, Touch n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online banking.

Deposits are credited to your monkey88 account balance upon successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. monkey88 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

Withdrawals are subject to the completion of any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds. Requests to withdraw funds that have not met rollover requirements will be processed after deduction of any outstanding bonus amounts.

• Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification before processing, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts exceeding standard thresholds.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

monkey88 offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins. All bonuses are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, game eligibility restrictions, and expiry periods, which are published on the relevant promotion page at the time of the offer.

General bonus conditions applicable across all monkey88 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per player, household, IP address, and device.
• Bonus funds must be wagered at the stated rollover multiple before any withdrawal can be processed.
• monkey88 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing bonuses — including through matched betting, arbitrage strategies, or use of multiple accounts — will have their bonus voided and may have their accounts closed.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on the monkey88 platform are subject to their individual game rules as implemented by the respective software provider. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game results and server-side records, the server-side records shall prevail.

monkey88 is not responsible for any losses arising from connectivity issues, system errors, or interruptions on the Player's side during active gameplay. Where a game round is interrupted due to a technical fault on monkey88's side, affected rounds will be settled in accordance with the provider's technical resolution procedures.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. Bets placed in excess of the stated maximum may be voided and the excess amount returned to the Player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the monkey88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Use of software tools, bots, scripts, or any automated mechanism to gain an unfair advantage in any game or promotion.
• Collusion with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other competitive format.
• Fraudulent use of payment methods, including use of stolen or unauthorised cards or eWallet accounts.
• Any attempt to circumvent geolocation or age verification controls.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts in breach of the single-account policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, game assets, software, and other intellectual property displayed on the monkey88 platform are the property of monkey88 or its licensed third-party providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any monkey88 intellectual property without prior written consent.

The "monkey88" name, logo, and all associated branding elements are proprietary marks. Unauthorised use of these marks in any medium is prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by monkey88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

monkey88 will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data sharing is limited to what is necessary for payment processing, identity verification, regulatory compliance, and service delivery.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, monkey88 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

monkey88's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Gambling involves inherent risk. monkey88 provides the platform for entertainment; the outcome of any game is determined by chance and/or skill as applicable. monkey88 makes no representation that the platform will generate winnings for any Player.

11. Suspension & Termination

monkey88 reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy identity verification or age verification requirements.
• Suspected fraudulent activity or misuse of the platform.
• At the Player's own request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to cease providing services to the account holder.

Upon lawful closure of an account, any remaining real-money balance (excluding voided bonus amounts) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction under which monkey88 operates its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from these Terms that cannot be resolved through monkey88's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to binding arbitration before a mutually agreed arbitration body, with proceedings conducted in English.
